Description

Brightwell Aquatics Boost pH+ is a concentrated pH-raising solution specifically created for marine and reef aquariums. Designed for use alongside alkalinity buffers, Boost pH+ helps raise and stabilize pH to ideal levels- typically between 8.3 and 8.5. Elevated pH levels may contribute to faster coral growth, better coloration, and improved response to environmental stress.

Directions

1. Ensure alkalinity is above 7.0 dKH before use.

2. Use Alkalin8.3 or Reef Code B if needed.

3. Shake Boost pH+ well before using.

4. Add 2 ml per 10 gallons in high flow area.

5. Wait 10 minutes, then re-test pH.

6. Repeat if needed, staying under 10 ml/10 gal/day.

7. Do not raise pH more than 0.2 per 24 hours.

8. Monitor pH at the same time each day.

9. Maintain pH between 8.3 and 8.5.

10. Store tightly sealed and away from children.

Many reef tanks struggle with low pH due to carbon dioxide buildup or insufficient surface gas exchange. Boost pH+ works by elevating pH without disrupting alkalinity, making it an essential tool for aquarists managing calcium reactors, enclosed aquarium spaces, or aggressive coral growth systems.

Unlike standard buffers, this formula is not designed to increase alkalinity directly—it’s meant to enhance pH after alkalinity is already in the proper range (above 7.0 dKH).
