Description

Brightwell Aquatics Koral MD Coral Dip is a powerful yet gentle cleaner designed for reef hobbyists looking to prep their new or fragged corals before introducing them into display tanks or grow-out systems. Made with plant-based ingredients, it helps condition coral tissue while removing unwanted surface particles, reducing stress during acclimation, and improving the success rate of coral placement.

Unlike harsh chemical alternatives, KKoral MD Coral Dip contains no iodine and is not a medication. Instead, it draws on natural extracts and oils to help clean and rinse off newly acquired corals, live rock, and frag plugs. Whether you're cleaning branching SPS, soft corals, mushroom anemones, zoanthids, or LPS species, this dip is a must-have for responsible coral transfer and propagation.

It also works as an excellent rinse solution for coral fragging tools, empty holding tanks, or containers used in coral transport (rinse well after use). Use it as a pre-dip when acquiring new corals or after fragging to reduce complications from environmental shock or handling. Designed for use outside the aquarium only.

Directions

1. Shake bottle well before every use.

2. Wear gloves and goggles while handling.

3. Add 20 ml (4 capfuls) to ½ gallon (1.9L) of aged seawater.

4. Mix thoroughly in a plastic container.

5. Submerge coral completely in the solution.

6. Dip for 5–10 minutes (max 15 minutes).

7. Use a turkey baster to gently rinse hard-to-reach areas.

8. Remove coral and rinse with clean aged seawater.

9. Place coral into aquarium or frag system.

10. Discard dip solution after one hour—do not reuse.
